Hopefully it works now. The best is to use weblate.org for translation (https://weblate.org/de/hosting/). For free software projects the use is free and gratis. It's the best and easiest way for non-developers to translate your app.

This was just sitting here, and AntoninCurtit included your translations with the proper directory structure in PR #13, so I merged that PR and closed this one. I'll credit you in the README when I next update it.
