Description of the Change

CloudFront now fetches content using region specific endpoint of S3 instead of global S3 endpoint
Vulnerabilities reported by Gitlab are fixed.

Benefits

CloudFront + S3 based websites will be available much faster during the initial resource creation stage (~90% reduction in wait time)
Reported vulnerabilities are fixed
