Send composed notification email to user #434

User Story Send composed notification email to user
T-shirt size: M
User Story "As NEXT completes compiling an email containing a user's notifications, we want the platform to send the composed email to the user so the user can receive their notifications"
Description After the notification email has been composed, have our email module send the email to the user and delete the notifications that was in the email from the notifications table.
Requirements 1) Send notification email to email server 2) Delete notifications that were a part of the notification email from the notifications table 3) Email server credentials are also needed for us to send emails
Acceptance Criteria/Tests 1) Tests to ensure that email was sent to desired user and that the notifications no longer exists in notifications table

According to our deployment meeting on 7/8/19, Chris has mentioned that this epic will come after v1.0. We are now moving this out of v1.0.
