error when the string length of 11 characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My model:

Fixed in 3.0.x

Verified on OS/X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) & SQL Server 2012 using the 
freetdstests.py unit tests in the tests2 directory.
