pyodbc removed from Python cheese shop ? #249

Apparently pyodbc has been removed from pypi:

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyodbc

this is the central location used to locate packages in the Python ecosystem, 
and importantly serves as a way to link to projects agnostic of their actual 
code hosting location.    I need to link to pyodbc from SQLAlchemy's 
documentation, without worrying about links disappearing everytime the project 
changes its source code hosting.
