Twitter popup being blocked on Chrome #56

Twitter popup is occasionally blocked by Google Chrome. This only seems to happen when you click immediately after the Tweet button appears. You can observe this behavior on the socialitejs hover demo page.

Can you try this again? I'm not experiencing the same issue. See screenshot.
