Create tag versions #83

I was trying to add socialite to https://rails-assets.org/ but It wasn't possible because there are no tags for each version.

socialite-js has no versions defined. Please create an issue in component's repository.

the problem is that 2.0 is not a valid semantic version. Would you mind to tag the 2.0.3 version?
