Setting a value for a CVAR on chat does not work, it sends a message instead #124

As shown in this video.

Bug occurs using BHL (0:40 - 0:50). The correct behaviour should be as in NGHL (1:03 - 1:13).

Edit: I guess the cause could be the VGUI2 chat box.
