Loosing mouse focus on say/team_say commands #140

Hello,

Windows 10 x64
BugfixedHL-Rebased
Bugfixed and improved Half-Life Client
Version: 1.8.0+master.b939376
Engine: 1.1.2.2,48,8684

I'm using DirectInput (m_input 1) After using the version 1.7.2 dev and now 1.8.0, I've been facing mouse input issue when typing anything on chat, I have to do an ALT+TAB or open the console to get the mouse input focus again

may be related to https://github.com/tmp64/BugfixedHL-Rebased/commit/47babd2455a6a99a4dc2f0ab24ad7c9d953728f7
