Kill color in VGUI2 death notice is hard to see #97

When you kill someone, the VGUI2 death notice text and background color is almost the same (orange). The colors are very low constrant, so basically it's hard to see the victim's name and it gets worse if you are looking in a bright place.

I made the text white, should be better now
