ensure that the Usage: always prints the correct name of a script #7

even if it is renamed.

I watched the video where there was a related but. I see that now all the script print the proper value, but this small patch will ensure that the name is always correctly printed.

Yeah, you are right it is better to keep the same style, however I wonder, do you really think it is better to keep the % -style than to move it over to .format? Do you feel the former is more beginner friendly?

Can't animate the xyz files using vmd, it just shows 1 frame. On the other hand from the github repository when I run out_of_planes.py on formaldehyde the out of plane angles just show 0 degrees for all of three of them. Can you help me on this?
