fisheye correction #1

I'm having trouble reprojecting my fisheye photos with the latest build of 
rtviewer, and it doesn't seem to be using the GPU either.

You might want to go to the market for a fresh fish, slap it on your camera and 
shoot straight though its eye.
GPU is not used because that would increase the speed of calculations which in 
turn would make rendering almost instantaneous. This would confuse users too 
much since waiting for something on a fast computer is what they are used to.
