not there yet.. the code for resizing has been added recently and there are
many filters to be added. So for now this remains a tech preview. Perhaps it
may evolve to a parallel development with RT with tablets and low powered
devices in mind.

Small progress, the filters will be stored in a plugins directory and loaded at
runtime. That way it is possible for developers to tinker with filters without
the need to have the RTviewer executable recompiled. The relevant shared
library can be recompiled and distributed as a separate plugin.

The plugin system seems to work fine.
More work is needed but it is now possible to use an external editor to change
settings in the pp3 file. After a save of that pp3 file the changes get picked
up by rtviewer.
