localstorage save/load

first round this will be done in local storage. I think the only real bits we need to save are:

• command history (for undo)
• drawings + drawing planes
• features (extrude/cut/etc)

Ideally, we can get a lightweight serialization of the current part and hydrate it back into the exact form.
