Return corrected position in `PySim.current_state`

Currently PySim.current_state returns only the position of each disc stored in Sim.events_vec
In general, for different discs these positions are correspond to different times
This makes determining getting the current position (i.e. at Sim.current_time) harder than it needs to be and opens it up to bugs
Suggest PySim.current_state computes this corrected position in addition to exposing the positions stored in Sim.events_vec

It would also be worth correcting the velocity as well.
