Add a "Watched Issues" filter #21

Simple new filter that shows all watched issues in Jira sorted by last updated date.

I wasn't able to get this to compile without also umping the android maven plugin version as apparently some of the dependencies don't have the correct classes.

Hi, really great idea for a filter, but as you probably see it didn't pass the CI build. Please revert the android maven plugin version update or change the travis build descriptor.

Woops. I will promptly figure out how to make sure I'm integrated with CI on my end and stop dumping terrible code you.
