parseModelFile: update to work with schema-2.0 model files #5

Updated so that it can now parse schema-2.0 model files. I don't believe this breaks when parsing older model files (though the formatting may not be nice).

removed sysPrefix dict as NF components no longer have 'ao' prefix
prefix is now always subsys.component
updated fields for alarms

Looks good to me.

Although I have my own local edit (mainly for internal reference links), I will raise a pull request some time later.

I was also wondering how the alarms should be shown in the documents, and it is difficult to show them in a limited space but some key information like 'probableCause' and 'operatorResponse' are enough for documenting purposes as in your pull request.
