All attributes not shown for telemetry #4

Telemetry can include other keys like minimum, maximum an default, but they are not shown in the output file from icd -o. Only name, description, type, units or enum values.

I think we should state what keys are possible for attributes.

I think my comment is actually wrong. The min/max are shown as a range on the rate. I think this is adequate and I will close this now. Sorry!
