It seems that colourXXX names can be recognized by more terminals than names like "red" "yellow".

Well, I can't find any link for that. However, after some research, I find that maybe the case is not caused by the color names but the incorrect color rendering in WSL bash, as shown in the attachment pictures. green rendering

Hmm are you using some sort of theme which is converting colours?

I didn't make any theme settings, I even don't know how. Do you know how to tell if my bash has any of these settings?

I find number color names also display different in different machines. I'll close this PR.
