Add and manage releases

Would it be possible to add releases?

• It improves stability and allows easier rollback.
• People may track only releases; the last tag was applied 5 years ago.
• Versioning would give possibility to make distro-based packages.

Came here to say the same thing. Debian users has been using a heavily outdated version for long.

tpm maintenance has mostly been bug fixes for a while. I can cut a new release if that helps someone.

Is there a debian package for tpm?
