Nix formula please? #261

It would be nice to have this app available in home-manager (or, maybe, nixpkgs), could you consider adding a formula please?

The maintainers of tpm may not use nixos, this is an opportunity for you or other users of that ecosystem to create this yourself and contribute back to the project.
