TEST: Using 'Issues' for discussion #1

Based on the link that Yvonne sent us with tips on how to share and collaborate on GitHub (http://www.thesambarnes.com/digital-project-management/web-project-management-and-collaboration-using-github/), we can use the Issues feature to discuss things, and then add Labels (see the 'testing' label I made) to indicate what those discussions are about.

Ok. I'm starting to see how this works. I'm going to add some issues for us to work on. Just to see if it's workable...
