Can't open the randomizer #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm not sure but the error message pops up after I try to run the .jar file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the randomizer.

What I see instead,

"Unable to install Java

There are errors in the following switches:
C:\Users\Jacob\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_UPRandomizer-163.zip\
randomizer.jar";.

Check that the commands are valid and try again

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using version 163b or the randomizer on a 64-bit operating system

Please provide any additional information below.
