Wlcreator now doesn't use ImageMagick. But 'Convert ico files to png files 
(using imagemagick)'
In really icotool extracts and converts ico files to png. So this line can be 
removed.

You are right. I need also to change this in Readme.txt, and maybe to remove 
Install.txt (it's inaccurate too).
