Ubuntu VBox (Vagrant) for SWID-Client testing #10

Create an Ubuntu Vagrant box (http://www.vagrantup.com/).

i've pushed an initial config with some basic development tools (see readme) Jonas, as you are the first "sausaging-around" with the swidGenerator, could you provide me feedback?

Tnx, the sausage is rolling! Basically, it works like a charm. I had to change to a 32 bit image, since my computer apparently has problems with 'VT-x' (?), but as far as i can see, this is a problem of my setup and not of the configuration. Maybe I/we can resolve this later.

Btw. corrected the path in the readme...
