As far as I can see, there are quite a few requirements in order to resolve this issue:

[x] cfaessle must be back in switzerland
[x] we need to find a suitable place, including necessary equipment
[x] we need to find a suitable date (doodle?)

Who takes the lead on this issue?

I'm not sure if @cfaessler is aware of the current situation here. As he didn't participate in the doodle, we probable have to push him to his luck...

Unfortunately the current situation is still not satisfactory, we did not fully complete this milestone.

Therefore I propose another attempt at fixing this issue:

@dbrgn, @cfaessler, what is the status of this issue? As far as I remember we completed this task. Should this remain open for further discussion, should we close this, or do we need a follow-up issue?
