4 days ago I took a look into this issue , it does not seem to be reproducible, I tried with wood_TID file couple of times, I always get a successful message . even though the results does not show initially, we need to refresh the page to see them (working as intended). This is the code piece that is responsible for showing the error bar. Entries are validated one by one, if any one of them is not under the expected format it will throw an error My assumptions could be one of these:
- User might have used a different csv that did not meet the criteria.
- The issue is intermittent, ( this would be hard to investigate), we can enable cloud logging and add meaningful error message (for example: display which entry is causing the issue), would it be possible to ask user if he's able to reproduce the issue, I can hop in a call with them if needed.
Describe the bug Tried two things: 1) Upload the data to a CSV spreadsheet (wood_TID_2024_2.csv) (+ Add sample> Import Samples) 2) The error: error File not uploaded because we noticed errors in the spreadsheet. Please download the sheet to see the errors and reupload.
Apparently the loading was successful. But the first time I didn't locate the samples in the system. Only when I repeated the procedure. But when I click on the samples, they appear as Undetermined (see attached screenshot and the results of one of the samples). I requested to export a spreadsheet with the results as well (attached).
