Currently the only error comes up in the Code cells under Compute p-values for a sample:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/content/drive/MyDrive/amazon_rainforest_files/amazon_isoscape_models/plant_nitrogen_isoscape_pooled_samples.numpy.data.npy'
