For now this analysis will sub in fo rT&E while we wait for other modeled data

Point blue has two current species richness datasets - richness (thresholded presence absence models) and richness index (raw model output ranging between 0 and 1 is summed - no threshold) Currently we are using Richness (which includes model thresholds).

Switch? This would be more like plant richness dataset we are using. Re-evaluate models?

Decided to stick with bird richness index - to not incorporate arbitrary thresholds and to be more consistent with plant richness
