compare PLW to ACE priorities #16

I have downloaded the ACE summary datasets and pulled in the relevant data imputs comparable to our PLW components into an MXD for us to review

Maps of ACE summary datasets are in the PLW_Jan31_working_wUpdates deck. There are major diffs in both inputs and methods for each component dataset so did not make sense to move forward with running the categorical analysis on their data to compare results. Deck could be useful to share with CDFW when we do outreach.
