This looks like a slightly larger lift that anticipated. I think we need to figure out how to not trigger a setsetSelectedProjAndView action after getProjectsSuccess, but it was a little unclear to me what was dispatching it and as I thought about it more I'm not sure this is necessarily a bug. Might be a feature?? If you refresh you get a clean slate of filters? If you really want to preserve a set of filters, you can always create a view.
I'm not sure though; might be good to ask some users. For now closing out.
