It seems like the browser is set to some enhanced zoom that's messing with the viewport calculations.

Juli's using Chrome on - Dell Latitude 7490 running Windows 10.

The site renders on her larger display just fine and she's getting a new workstation soon, so closing this out for now. It seems like it has something to do with the browsers not recognizing the correct resolution of her laptop's screen.
