[ ] Figure out new place to put automation rule config button (sidebar Nav was just for View-level actions)
[x] Wire up automation rules form to new mutation resolvers
[ ] BONUS: show category config info in AutomationRulesList.js
[x] BONUS: add ability to edit automation rules
