Exiftool Python bindings #12

There are python bindings for the exiftool.

https://pypi.org/project/pyexif/

They don't do much more than wrapping the command line exiftool but it might be cleaner in the deploy stack. It should work if the exiftool is on the system path and it provides some parsing help.
