A lot has changed recently in how we serve our endpoints, so we should do some housekeeping:

[ ] remove obsolete, unused code
[ ] restructure things as needed (e.g. doesn't make sense to have the MIRAv2 or MDv5 deployment code in the /api/ directory)
[ ] make sure READMEs are up to date.
[ ] update dependencies

[ ] clean up structure of animl-model-zoo bucket (put all model files, including .mars in respective sub-folders), update all model's deployment code accordingly
