Figure out way to evaluate & compare performance of SCI models #17

I suppose we'll need to figure out what test set was used for MIRA and use that for training and evaluating new SCI models too. Otherwise create an evaluation set from new SCI camera trap data? We'd still need to get rodent pics from somewhere.
