Develop requirements for front end prototype

What functionality do we want to be able to demonstrate when we deploy on SCI? Some thoughts:

Must have:

• ability to view the photos - query by camera, date range, object vs. no object.
• Render detected object bounding boxes on images - editing, adding, and modifying bounding boxes can probably come later
• Browser-based SD-to-S3 upload
• some kind of mobile experience

Nice to have:

• Integration with MIRA - and display of labels would be ideal, but I didn't promise this functionality.
• Some implementation of a review workflow - to demo the review UX we're imagining.

Please focus on:

• ability to view and query the photos

Browser-based SD-to-S3 upload is problematic and probably not possible without writing a java applet that needs to be installed. This has also quite a few security implications that probably won't work in an NPS environment running IE 2.0 ;). A think we should provide standard browser upload of single images, provide a downloadable desktop app for bulk upload, and point to S3 standard tools GUI and CLI.

PS: There are probably standard packages for browser bulk upload. We should look into it. They still won't work on NPS machines but they should be ok on the security site of things if they have a large user community and adaption.
