Aadhaar Report Migrated under Reports ICON of State , District and Block login as per Madam instructed.

1.Syncdb to create reports_aadhaar_student_count table 2.Copy progress_aadhaar_student_count table to reports_aadhaar_student_count table.

@jenefabrando pls update your repository regularly by pulling main repository. as you have several pull requests closed(by yourself) your commit history is ahead of main repo. And your pr is creating conflicts. Also a common reports page is being modified by thamaraiselvan as instructed by our SPD Madam.This reports module will then be the one point start of reports once completed.

pls rebase in your commit history to clear the unwanted commits.(to solve the conflicts) conflicts
