[BUG] Table options not visible when reached the bottom of the editor

Describe the bug The table options are not visible if pressed on bottom most cell of the table when set controller.setfullscreen() at initial state

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create a table

1. Go to an inserted table's cell
2. Click on the bottom most cell of the table
3. Unable to see the table options as it hides behind the screen

Expected behavior The table options should show be visible even if the table's cell is at the bottom of the html editor
