closes #76

basically random updates / fixes

made max-width smaller in CenteredPage.svelte
added lang field for markdown (and a notice for posts not in the current language)
added custom Image components for image display in markdown
used rehype-slug for heading ids
added numbers to codeblocks

now we still have to figure out the colors

btw you can use normal images and they will (probably) scale properly now

image titles in

will also show up below the image
