Updated the readme for additem function (new and old qbcore ) both #21

I Updated the readme for AddItem Function depanding on ur qbocre version

i have added old + new qbcore version of Additem functiuon

bottom one is New qbcore version with offline player and top one is old qbcore additem function

decay is working on player's pocket only but when you put item in any stash/trunk/glovebox item quality will still remain the same as before. Is there any fix ?

its working fine try it cause its working fine for me trunk ,glovebox etc everything
