Updated to fix bug where alpha transparency was lost as a color. #8

The main change is in utils.py, where I added a keyword param to include alpha transparency. I then reran the notebook from the relevant points on.

This change includes some adjustments to the paths where images are stored to be more friendly to copying from the notebook's output into the nextjs project.
