Learning mode not blocking internet access for some apps #227

I noticed some apps are not getting blocked on the initial prompt in learning mode. Only after confirming the popup it will block it.

Examples:

yt-dlp (installed via pip): yt-dlp requests python.exe for internet, popup appears, but the app still connects to internet.
Samsung SmartSwitch auto updated before being allowed access
iZotope RX10 launching EdgeWebView2.exe and allowing it access

It seems to be related to app launching app not being blocked instantly.

Learning mode auto-allows new programs.

User Guide: "By default, the Fort Firewall operates in 'Auto-Learn' mode."

Interesting. Other apps are blocked by default with this. I thought it should behave like this for all unknown apps. I think auto-allow is more appropriate for "Allow, if not blocked" only.

Can we use blocking mode with popups then? If not it will be hassle manually adding all apps. Edit: It seems blocking mode also has popups so that's what I needed. Thanks for the great app!
