Show `Blocked Connections` tab by default #247

Hello. I'd like the Statistics menu to take me straight to Blocked Connections rather than Traffic. It would be more comfortable as I rarely check Traffic.

Maybe just show last opened tab of the Statistics window?

Yes, of course. Sorry, I meant it as an option, not a new default. That sounds great.

Please edit the "FortFirewall.user.ini":

Implemented in v3.12.9.

I'll add ability to edit the tab index in the Options later.
