Missing MSVCP140_1.dll #255

When I install the Fort, there is a pop window, and the message is: 

由于找不到MSVCP140_1.dll，无法继续执行代码。重新安装程序可能会解决此问题。

I try to install vs 2015 runtime, but it doesn't work.
