It would be nice to have a feature where an existing Program rule can be converted to a 'Wildcard rule'.
Just like the existing 'Edit' window, one can right click on a Program rule > Convert to Wildcard > Edit the program path to insert wildcards (like the 'Add Wildcard' window) and save. Probably also add a checkbox to delete the existing Program rule once the wildcard rule has been created.
The current process to create a new wildcard rule by either copy-pasting the program path around or browsing to a file is a bit cumbersome when a (program) rule for it is already present in the UI.
