[UI] Make Options -> IP-Addresses more obvious maybe as tabitems #293

Just started to try to move from Free Firewall (because of not working Zones) and have a bit more problems than expected.

One easy thing is, that for long time I did not "recognize visually", that the IP-Addresses are more or less 2 Sub-Tabs. For me it looked like "Internetaddresses" was the Header for the left column, and "Allowed Internetaddresses" was the header for the right column.

I think it would be much more obvious it those 2 Areas would just be made like the tab items on the top?

I made a mock as picture to hopefully explain it a bit:

Please use latest version. Those were changed to tabs several months ago.

And let me change them to not fill the width..

Oh I use the current version, I just used the picture from the Wiki, but it looks still the same in the current version for me (like headers for those 2 columns)?
