Please try latest v3.13.14
(do not use 3.13.13, it has a bug in driver installation)
I have, same issue.
Do you use Speed Limiting?
I use cfosspeed for traffic shaping. I also used it for .11 which works fine. I removed it to test - same issue. No logs generated.

BTW, why do you not use FFW's speed limiting?
Yes, 14.1 has solved the issue.

cFosSpeed takes care of everything for me; Requiring only a line calibration, then it throttles where and when it's necessary - even detecting games.
BTW, I can't get auto-learn to work, on portable anyway, it just keeps forcing me to allow/block.

What do you mean?
Auto-learn just allows new programs and alert will be shown anyway. You can disable alerts showing by separate option.
Shouldn't disabling alerts be automatic? If you have Auto-learn turned on, you clearly want to allow everything until you turn it off right? Otherwise, isn't it just block if not allowed?
Oh I had some problems, too. For example different FireFox installations always stopped after some time to load pages. (so nothing with extensions). Even downgraded FF. Also TOR in TOR Browser stopped after some time. I thought it would have something to do with my Upgrade to Win 11 24H2 and many driver updates.
But let's see maybe it is fixed now.

It sounds reasonable. OK, let me to fix it..

Implemented by 07d02966.
Ever since 3.13.13, various programs will only partially connect to the internet. Webpages only partially load, my VPN client refuses to finish connecting, etc. If I set everything to allow, the same thing happens. Rolling back to .11 resolves all issues.
I'm running portable, ensured appdata is clean, fortfw.sys is not in the System32\drivers folder, and there is no Fort Firewall service. I started from scratch - changing no options and adding nothing custom, but the problem persists.
