Auto-check new program on VirusTotal #54

It would be really convenient if GlassWire had an API-less VirusTotal integration available, what this would basically do is open https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/{sha256sum}

In practice, I mainly look at the submission dates and other information, so I don’t really look at the detections number anyway. And the vast majority of executables will be submitted already, so I wouldn’t lose much functionality, while bypassing the heavily limited public API.
