Abstract away Exposer to make it usable with more kinds of objects #100

What would you like to be added: This, essentially: https://github.com/tnozicka/openshift-acme/blob/master/pkg/controllers/route/exposer.go#L42

Why is this needed: In order to allow for generation of ACME certificates on objects other than Routes (like Ingresses or corresponding Istio objects)

I know this on on your list already @tnozicka, just wanted a place to track it explicitly :) I'd be super happy to help on this as well!
